Placing Orders

You may order your software without leaving your office. Our Customer Sales Associates would be happy to assist you. In addition, you may subscribe to any of our SimplyCARE Services.

Registering Software

Tracking Orders

Please remember that all credit card orders are subject to approval before your shipment will be sent. You must allow a full three weeks for credit card orders and six weeks for cheque orders before tracking your delivery.

If your order is shipped via Purolator, Priority Post or Airborne we can track the status of your shipment and ensure that your shipment is located and received by you as quickly as possible. If you have a tracking issue, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-222-8985.

Compliments/Concerns

Here at Sage we care about our clients. If you would like a team member to be commended on their exceptional customer service, or you would like to express a concern or idea, one of our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to listen.
