- Receive the current tax table for your payroll module (this offer only applies to current version of software at time of registration).
- Simply Accounting provides any customer with FREE customer support* for one case within 30 days of product registration. Customer support may be offered by phone and/or online chat.
*Support specialists reserve the right to limit calls or online chat to one hour or one incident.
Third-Party Products
On occasion a third-party developer will create a product that will perform an extra function in conjunction with one of our products. Please call Customer Sales if you are interested in finding out where you may purchase one of these products.
Tracking Orders
Please remember that all credit card orders are subject to approval before your shipment will be sent. You must allow a full three weeks for credit card orders and six weeks for cheque orders before tracking your delivery.
If your order is shipped via Purolator, Priority Post or Airborne we can track the status of your shipment and ensure that your shipment is located and received by you as quickly as possible. If you have a tracking issue, please contact Customer Service at
