I have been given two separate merchant account IDs to process both CAD and USD credit card transactions in Simply. The problem is that I am having trouble getting help from Sage on how to set up the second ID for the USD merchant account.  The setup page only shows a place for one merchant account to be entered.  Does anyone know how to set up the second account?  We need to be able to process both CAD and USD credit card sales through Simply.
