Upgraded from 2005 to 2010 today.  On customized cheque, the cheque amount field looks fine in print preview but will not print dollar sign.  Have tried adjusting the justification in the field, resizing it and moving it on the form.  Even tried deleting and re-inserting it.  Problem is still there.  Form printed fine in earlier version.
