No, crystal reports is still on my computer. If I open the reports directory in Simply 2008 and click on empROE.rpt, it opens in Crystal Reports. The suggestion I have had from the tech was to reinstall the program..... Now isn't that just a perfect solution. This software is c^&p!

First, I was able to print records of employment. Now today I try to print a record of employment and the program gets to the point of asking me to click the print icon, which I do, then nothing happens, I get no dialogue saying a report is being printed, it just quits and I am back at the home screen...

Hello Roxanne, We have had reports of some odd behaviour with ROEs and these issues have been reported to our R&D department for further investigation. I'm not sure what version of Simply Accounting you are using... In the Release B update for Simply Accounting 2008 one of the issues addressed...

Hi Kim, More than likely this would fix the problem as I could print up until I put the last update on. This close to the new version coming out I don't think I want to mess with uninstall and re-install, especially since I would have to do it to 3 computers to make sure I'm running all the same...

Hi Kim I found that in the Knowledge Base but it didn't help. I haven't changed a printer or anything hardware wise. The only big change since I did a ROE last in May was putting the latest update for Simply on. I don't think that could be the issue as no one else seems to be having this...

I'm trying to print the ROE reports for 2 summer students so I can enter the information on WEB ROE, but it isn't printing. This is a recent development as I printed a ROE in May with no issues and all my other reports are printing. I have tried changing which printer it goes to, I have rebooted...
