I have two employees with exactly the same payroll information. Same gross earnings/income, same tax deductions, same pay frequency and the same age etc., but today their net chqs. are different where as they have always been the same all year long. One has paid their max. for CPP but the other hasn't. But this isn't the difference which is why I am confused. In fact the one that hasn't reached the max. on their CPP is showing zero in the CPP field when I went to do the chq. although there should be one more small deduction here but Simply Acct. is not deducting it and the Fed. tax deduction amount has gone up slightly?????)
Can anyone offer an explanation. Thanks very much.

P.S. I have double checked all the payroll details are the same which they are, as well as "calculate taxes automatically" and recalculate taxes and it doesn't change.
