Hi everyone,
In time and billing there is an option when using a flat fee item to change the status of the item from billable to in progress. I have a client that could really use this option, so posted some test time-slips and then went looking for the info in the time and billing reports.
While there is an option to include in-progress time on the billing reports (billing time by client, by employee, by activity) regardless of which one I use, it comes up with "There is no data to report". I tried changing the flat fee item to be associated to time, but that didn't make any difference. What am I missing? Has anyone had success with this feature and can you get a report showing in progress time?
