I need to get into it as it is on my Aged AR report and I don't even know what it is for!!!!

Hi Benson. See the response I received re this same issue under Active Discussions - System keeps shutting down......right near the bottom we are talking about opening up 'other payments' and I believe your issue is basically the same. They offered a free fix for this problem if you want. Good luck. Jacke
