We found the same problem - it worked until you shut down Simply then when we restarted it, the paycheque wouldn't work - print preview or print. Phoned Simply AGAIN, they had to do a remote fix which took about 3 hours. They assure us it has nothing to do with Update C, but I've never had these problems before! It is now working properly, even after closing & restarting Simply. I agree, I think it may be the temporary payroll id - I requested it 3 days ago, 2 days ago it said I only had 35 days left on it, even though it's a 60 day trial. Yesterday Simply didn't have record of our temporary subscription. Fingers crossed, it keeps working.
