Hello

I am having problems with Financial Reports for the Trial Balance and the Balance Sheet. The totals at the bottom of the page are showing some letters and symbols. Example is 6.23E+004.

The statement of cash flows, transactions by account and the income statement seem to be fine.

 I restored from a backup but that didn't solve the problem.

I tried to run the dbutil.exe but i received an error that SA error.dll was not found.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

This is scientific notation for numbers.

6.23E+004 actually means 62300. Not very nice looking on a financial statement, I'll give you that.

What version of simply accounting are you using?

Thanks for the scientifc notation. lol I am using SA 2007 Basic.

Try setting your left margin to zero if it isn't already and make your font size smaller
