Thank you for your response to my question.  I realize that the bank reconciliation needs to be restarted to clear up the discrepancy between the bank and the general ledger account.  How does one go about restarting a bank reconciliation through simply?

Hi there:  There have been oodles of postings regarding this problem.  Go up to the Search box and type in     Resetting Bank Reconciliation         There should be lots of postings explaining what to do.  Also, if you go to the Help in Simply and ask the question there may be a step by step explanation there as well.    Rita Deering
