First, I was able to print records of employment. Now today I try to print a record of employment and the program gets to the point of asking me to click the print icon, which I do, then nothing happens, I get no dialogue saying a report is being printed, it just quits and I am back at the home screen?
What has changed between the last time I successfully printed records of employment and today? While I use to have the program files and associated reports for Simply 2007 on my computer. I left it on after installing 2008 as I was a little leary on 2008 and wanted to have a back up program incase it failed. While six months down the line, there is no way I can go back to 2007, so I decide to remove the Program and associated files from my computer. I do that. Afterwhich, when I go to print invoices I have to reset up the associated invoice and statement reports Simply 2008 is uisng (at default it continued to use the reports that were included with Simply 2007 but they have since been deleted).
In set up I have looked for a method of resetting the report for the Record of Employment, but the only option is to define the default printer, and I have it correct.
