    First of all i don't subscribe to the payroll tax thing and so i have to input the taxes manually, but there are only two employees. My problem is that i would like to print off a cheque stub for the pastor and it won't let me print preview or print a cheque or stub.

    Go to Setup>Reports & Forms>Cheques>Your payroll bank account.  What do you have in the fields for the Payroll Cheque Settings?

    the printer name and the custom simply forms and the payroll cheque with YTD - easy align

    I meant the exact choices for each field with a special consideration for the field labelled “Form”.  Make sure you are looking at Payroll Cheque Settings and not at Payment Cheque Settings.
