I recently installed Simply on my new computer and just tried to print an invoice. I get a message that reads: Invalid File Name. When I go into Reports and Forms and choose the invoice form under the "Printed Form File" i get a message that says "the file does not exist. please enter or browse for a valid filename". Do i need to reinstall the software?

Go to Setup>Reports & Forms>Invoices

Look on the right-hand panel for the box called E-mail Form Description and choose Invoice - this will set the E-mail Form File to Simply's default.

Press OK

Now try to print
