For the benefit of other users who may have this problem in the future, could you share with us what exactly you changed on that Income in order to fix the problem?

First of all, I'm a long time user of Simply Accounting version 8.

 I bought SA 2009 Pro version.

 I imported and converted the database for SA 2009.

 I thing the database was not correctly converted, as my problem occured. I could not get a paycheck using 'Income C' to calculate WSIB.

After doing an adavnce database check, when checkking all the option on 'calculate' for 'Income C' in the setting section, then unchecking the option to 'calculate', the program calculated WSIB now for 'Income C'.

So, I think there is a problem with the database after converting my older accounting files. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.

I have yet to try 'Income D' or other incomes for paychecks.
