We have had reports of some odd behaviour with ROEs and these issues have been reported to our R&D department for further investigation.
I'm not sure what version of Simply Accounting you are using... In the Release B update for Simply Accounting 2008 one of the issues addressed was Insurable hours for hourly-rate custom income fields were not calculating and reporting on the Record of Employment and that was fixed.
Also, when you generate the ROE the fields are modifiable in case there was an entry error, discrepancy of sorts that you wish to change at that point.
