PDF Writer Driver version when I generate a invoice sent by email
Hi, I use a Simply Accounting ver 2008 (in reality is a french version: Simple Comptable Pro 2008, Lancement B) and I want to generate all invoices from file INVOICE.RPT that I modify with Crystal Report 8.5 This run correctly but I have a little problem when I produce an output in PDF format. In my INVOICE.RPT file, I draw some small square window with rounded corner (just to put some information like invoice number, date,…). When I use a PRINT mode to generate a PDF invoice, all is correct, no problem, but when I send this same invoice using same INVOICE.RPT file, all small square window are displayed with right corner angle (PDF file send by email option in Simply) ! I checking the version/properties of PDF file in PRINT mode, this one is a 5.x version but for the PDF file sent by email the version is 3.x ! My conclusion is that Simply use two PDF Writer Printer Driver; one in PRINT mode (Acrobat Pro 7.0 installed on Windows XP but before Simply) and another one (embedded in Simply) for PDF files sent by email ! How can I ‘force’ Simply using the same PDF Writer Printer Driver installed in my Windows XP when I send all invoices by email ? Thank you
