Hi. Did you get the invoices to print? I have one copy of 2008 on my desk computer and installed it also on my lap top. I also cannot get the invoices to print. Any advice would be helpful. I called for support on this before Christmas and was walked quite quickly through it. We made all kinds of changes and I have no idea how or where. I wish it would have been printed up and emailed to me. Please help!
Update: I can get the program to print one invoice at a time. After printing one I have to go back in and change the settings. I am wondering if this is "normal". This is what I did to get it to print
I went to: Set Up - reports and forms- clicked on "invoices".under form description I clicked "user defined". Then clicked "browse" - then in the next window double clicked on "invoice.sfm".
I then went back to invoices and under "Email Form Settings" I changed the description to "user defined". Clicked Browse. In the window that popped up I double clicked "INVOICE.RPT". and the invoice printed once only. Have to go through the whole thing for each invoice. What do I do next?
